SUMMARY OF CONTRACT NOTICE NO. 24577/2007

 

The Foreign Ministry announces an open procedure call for tenders for the project “Development of Information System and Provision of Hardware for the Foreign Ministry’s National Visa Information System (N-VIS)”. The awarding criterion is the most economical tender.

 

The total budget for the project comes to eight million, one hundred sixteen thousand three hundred and seventy euros and one cent (€8,116,370.01), VAT included.

 

The competition will be carried out on Tuesday, 26 February 2008, at 10:00, in the I. Sofianopoulos conference room, in the first basement of the Foreign Ministry building located at 1 V. Sofias St.

 

Copies of the general terms of the competition can be obtained from the Foreign Ministry – 1 Zalokosta St., 3rd floor, office 38, Attn: I. Agiakatsidas; tel: 210- 3683370; fax: 210-3683163; e-mail: visproject@mfa.gr – from 11:00 to 13:00.

 

Interested parties will receive digital material (CD) with technical information (ICD, DTS and other documents) on the C-VIS. Given that the abovementioned material is confidential, interested parties will be obliged to sign an Acknowledgement of Receipt included in Section IV: Acknowledgment of Receipt. Prospective bidders will be obliged to submit a fee of €50, covering the cost of the materials on the call for tenders and the accompanying technical information. Payment of this sum will be made to a tax authority, which will issue a relevant triplicate for collection that the interested party will produce, along with power of attorney from his company to sign the Acknowledge of Receipt, to receive the documents concerning the call for tenders.

 

Any clarification required concerning the terms of tender shall be provided by the Foreign Ministry – 1 Akadimias St., first floor, Attn: N. Kanlis; tel: 210-3681344; fax: 210-3681346; e-mail visproject@mfa.gr – from 11:00 to 13:00.

The Foreign Ministry announces an open procedure call for tenders for the project “Development of ‘NETVIS’ network for the Foreign Ministry’s National Visa Information System (N-VIS)”. The awarding criterion is the most economical tender.

 

The total budget for the project comes to six million, eight hundred and fifty thousand one hundred and seven euros and forty cents (€6,850,187.40), VAT included.

 

The competition will be carried out on Tuesday, 26 February 2008, at 10:00, in the I. Sofianopoulos conference room, in the first basement of the Foreign Ministry building located at 1 V. Sofias St.
