This is a transit or short-stay visa that is exceptionally issued in special cases, for humanitarian or other specific reasons. The LTV visa authorises a foreigner entry and exit exclusively through the territory of one or more Schengen member states, for which the visa is valid.  Entry and exit from the unified Schengen area will be carried out through the territory or the Schengen countries for whose territory it is valid.
