Alternate Foreign Minister Dimitris Droutsas had a telephone communication today with Turkey’s Foreign Minister, Dr. Ahmet Davutoglu, in order to offer the Greek government’s deepest condolences to the families of the victims of the devastating earthquake that struck eastern Turkey early in the morning, and also to assure him of Greece’s readiness to send humanitarian aid and rescue teams immediately, according to the Turkish government’s needs.
